1. Shipping Locations
We are pleased to offer shipping to customers within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
4. Order Tracking
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the provided link.
5. Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unforeseen delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other external factors. We appreciate your understanding.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
7. Order Issues
